Order Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 12 Hours from the time of placing the order.

If the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, and within the allowed cancellation period, the order will be fully canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Order Processing Time:

We aim to process orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Once processed and shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

Cancellation requests made after the allowed period or after the order has been shipped cannot be accommodated.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Earrings or other jewelry that have been worn, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

Refunds

Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@jewelhalo.com with your order details and reason for the request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. We will provide further instructions and resolve the issue promptly.
